I have a passion for health, nutrition, wellbeing, fitness and exercise. After my mother got diagnosed with breast cancer, I was inspired to take my passions one step further, and make them part of my daily life. Not only did I want to become a healthier person myself, I wanted to influence others in a positive way too, and so I took my passion for nutrition and health, and studied Nutrition, and took my passion of exercise and fitness and became a group fitness instructor. I completed a Masters in Nutrition at Deakin, and I am now registered with the Nutrition Society of Australia (NSA). In terms of group fitness, I am certified in bodypump, grit and shba, which are lesmills programs. Along with my group fitness classes, I love going for runs, and take part in numerous fun runs and events every year.
As a nutritionist, I specialise in body compositions, healthy nutrition and healthy lifestyles. I practice in Melbourne. I enjoy writing nutrition articles and creating new recipes.
