Having started close to 10 years ago in the fitness industry, my goal has never changed – making the world a healthier place one person at a time.

Having completed my certificate of Master Trainer at the Fitness Institute of Australia and working in a health club at the ripe old age of 18, it soon became apparent to me that to really make a difference in peoples lives I needed to know more.

This quest lead me to strength and condition training, I have been mentored for over 2 years by one of the industry’s leading strength coaches and mentor.

This gave me the ability to tailor make programs specific to an individuals needs and wants, I have trained a extensive variety of clients ranging from post operative rehabilitation to champion golfers and weight lifters.

Understanding the effects that carrying around excess fat has on the body has allowed me to help clients lose a combined weight of 200 kg, which lead me to look deeper into nutrition and the causes of this weight gain.

I am now in my second year at Endeavour University studying Health science majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics and loving every minute of it.

Having a family history full of Diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol and heart issues, it is imperative that I use my knowledge and skills I have gained over the years to really fulfill my goal and change the world into a healthier place.
