- Start fresh every single day
- Adopt a ‘meatless Monday’ mentality
- Put down your phone when you’re out with people
- Try the 2/30 rule: 2 hours of TV, 30 minutes of exercise

- Stop smoking
- Don’t overdo the booze
- Don’t snack if you’re not hungry
- Use an SPF and wear a hat in the sun
- Don’t skimp on sleep
- Wash your hands often
- Count to 10 when you’re angry
- Floss after brushing
- Listen to your body
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day
- Never grocery shop on an empty stomach
- Drink health tea (hot or cooled)
- Keep healthy snacks at home and at work
- Never let Google diagnose you
